Damaged wall replacing water heater. When we contacted them and the BBB, all lies. Such dishonest ppl. Lied about ladder, lied about the job they did, blamed me (front desk) for not giving them more time (to call in help) because I wanted to close. Actually I told them I would stay as long as they needed. Then got 2 of our employees to help get old water heater down (after they had dropped it and damaged wall). Hard to see damage in pics but we have to pay to repair (this is a business not personal home). These 2 guys that came here are LIARS.. And the customer service is horrible, especially if your complaining about their work!!! Call another plumber-these ppl don’t deserve your business!!!
